- The "Standard" service includes approximately 2hrs of shooting time and a final product of 30-40 images professionally edited in Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop.

- Sky Replacement is an add-on service using Adobe Photoshop's Sky-Replacement, graphic design technology. This ensures that your images turn out to be spectacular no matter if its a sunny day or a cloudy one.

- Aerial Drone Photography is an add on that includes 5-10 aerial images of the property with customized markers/arrows and text overlay available upon request. Please understand that due to the Federal Aviation Administration's (FAA) strict enforcement of air space regulations, aerial photography may not be available in some locations and may require additional lead time while an air space request is routed to the FAA. This situation is not the norm, however, and aerial photography can usually be performed upon request during the standard photo-shoot session.

- A "Travel Fee" ($25) and a "Multiple Trip Fee" ($50) may be assessed on a case by case basis depending on the details of the shoot. Travel Fees will not be charged for any property within a 20 mile radius of the 32569 area.
